PEOPLE Reports: Kate Upton and Justin Verlander are Getting Married This Weekend
From a World Series ring to wedding rings, Kate Upton and Justin Verlander have a lot to celebrate.
The Houston Astros' newest pitcher may have just helped the team secure a World Series title, but it looks like he won't make it to his team's celebratory parade.
The couple, last seen canoodling on home plate, announced their engagement back in May. And while many reports initially predicted a wedding next year, the pair is actually about to jet set to Italy for the second big win of the week.
Confirmed by PEOPLE, the wedding will take place in Italy this weekend.

The nuptials come on the heels of a whirlwind few months for Justin and Kate. The former Detroit Tigers pitcher was traded to the Houston Astros on Sept. 1, marking a major move for the two — one which Justin says was made in large part because of his fiancée's enthusiasm.
"Thank goodness my fiancée Kate was there," Justin told Pardon the Interruption. "It made my decision a lot easier."
Seems like the two made the right call moving to Houston. And now all we have to wait for are the stunning images sure to come out of this weekend's big festivities!
